The big difference between what we do and what an integrator does is the process. An integrator is typically competing against several other companies to win your work. This has several downfalls and ultimately they affect you the Customer. Each integrator will have a concept that they developed rather quickly and put a price to it.

In a perfect world, each integrator would be working off the same information but this rarely happens (see our RFQ packages). Integrator A will only give you just enough information to hopefully sell you on their concept (they don't want you to take their concept and share it will integrator B). You the Customer are working with limited information but still need to make a choice. You could take the best of all the proposals, combine them, and have all integrators re-quote. This will get you closer to what you want but will also take a good deal of time.

This is where we come in. When you hire KIS Automation, you get a partner to work with to develop your automation process and make your vision a reality. We work with your engineers, safety people, and shop laborers to understand the current processes and the possible hurdles we will encounter. The idea is that this is a team approach that uses your knowledge of the manufacturing process an our automation experience to create the right system for you.
